Accommodation AY 2022/2023, end of the summer accommodation
Dear students,
the end of the summer accommodation is approaching and I would like to inform you that students who do not have subsequent accommodation for the academic year 2022/2023 or will not be approved till September 1st must move out by 10:00 a.m. on September 1st, 2022!
If you have allocated accommodation for the academic year at the Palachova dormitory or University hotel, it will automatically be set to September 1st 2022. Please check your ISKAM and if you do not see the start of the academic year on September 1st, please contact me or visit me during office hours.
- If you are staying in the same room, I will ask you to come to my office or to the hotel reception in the last week of August with proof of identity.
- If you are changing your room for the academic year, the changing will take place on September 1st , 2022 by 10:00 a.m.
- If you are assigned to dormitory other than Palachova or the University hotel for the academic year, you must contact the manager of the selected dormitory so that they can expect you to move in on September 1st , 2022.
I ask all students who will be moving out to make sure your rooms are clean. Furniture must be in original condition, bed linen and keys ready to be returned.
Common areas must also be clean, and this also applies to the bathroom, toilet, kitchen unit and refrigerator. Please make arrangements with your roommates so that everything will be in order by September 1st , 2022.
From August 22nd random checks of rooms and units will also take place from 11:00am till September 1st , especially for students who leave the dormitory or changing a room on September 1st , 2022.
